چکیده
ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters are a large class of superfamily involved in variety biological processes with multiple functions, including phytohormone transport, heavy metal ion detoxification, and so on. Anthocyanin pigmentation grapes is commercially important feature this superfamily. To elucidate the mechanisms VvABC gene at different stages grape berries, we analyzed characterized ABC family ‘ZhongShan-HongYu’ (ZS-HY) berries using RNA-seq analysis. In study, total 146 genes were identified by comprehensive bioinformatics analysis, which outlined their structure, chromosomal location, conserved domains, phylogenetic relationships, collinearity The could be divided into eight subfamilies based on Fifty-eight from data, 31 belong to ABCG subfamily, 15 ABCC 8 ABCB 2 ABCF only 1 belongs each ABCA ABCD subfamilies. We used qRT-PCR detect expression organs found that it changed significantly organs. Phylogenetic analysis showed anthocyanin transport other species closely related members subfamily. Subsequently, promoter elements protein interactions VvABCC was performed. This study has improved our understanding functions provided basis for role transport.

Genome-Wide Identification, Characterization and Phylogenetic Analysis of 50 Catfish ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) Transporter Genes
BACKGROUND Although a large set of full-length transcripts was recently assembled in catfish, annotation of large gene families, especially those with duplications, is still a great challenge. Most often, complexities in annotation cause mis-identification and thereby much confusion in the scientific literature. As such, detailed phylogenetic analysis and/or orthology analysis are required for ...
متن کاملGenome-Wide Identification, Characterization and Phylogenetic Analysis of ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) Transporter Genes in Common Carp (Cyprinus carpio)
The ATP-binding cassette (ABC) gene family is considered to be one of the largest gene families in all forms of prokaryotic and eukaryotic life. Although the ABC transporter genes have been annotated in some species, detailed information about the ABC superfamily and the evolutionary characterization of ABC genes in common carp (Cyprinus carpio) are still unclear. In this research, we identifie...
متن کاملStructural Features of the ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) Transporter ABCA3
In this review we reported and discussed the structural features of the ATP-Binding Cassette (ABC) transporter ABCA3 and how the use of bioinformatics tools could help researchers to obtain a reliable structural model of this important transporter. In fact, a model of ABCA3 is still lacking and no crystallographic structures (of the transporter or of its orthologues) are available. With the adv...
متن کاملThe human ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily.
The ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily contains membrane proteins that translocate a variety of substrates across extra- and intra-cellular membranes. Genetic variation in these genes is the cause of or contributor to a wide variety of human disorders with Mendelian and complex inheritance, including cystic fibrosis, neurological disease, retinal degeneration, cholesterol and bi...
متن کاملThe role of ATP-binding cassette transporter A2 in childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia multidrug resistance
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is one of the most prevalent hematologic malignancies in children. Although the cure rate of ALL has improved over the past decades, the most important reason for ALL treatment failure is multidrug resistance (MDR) phenomenon. The current study aims to explain the mechanisms involved in multidrug resistance of childhood ALL, and introduces ATP-binding cassette...
